Anniken Davenport is a Pennsylvania-licensed attorney with extensive experience in labor and employment law. She has served as a college instructor and professor at Penn State University, where she taught business law and human resource management, and directed the Legal Studies Program at Wilson College. She is also the author of Bullet-Proof Your Employee Handbook, published by the National Institute of Business Management. Her legal career includes representing government units and departments in discrimination and other employment law cases and representing Pennsylvania school districts in labor negotiations.
