How big a problem is bullying and harassment in your organization?

  • 33% There’s occasional low-grade tension but it’s not a big issue
  • 31% Not a problem at all
  • 20% We sometimes have to discipline employees for bullying
  • 8% A few cases have required discipline for what I consider harassment
  • 8% Employees have filed formal harassment complaints
