If employers have any kind of policy regulating workplace romance, they’re most likely to ban liaisons between supervisors and subordinates. But according to 
HR Weekly readers, that’s the exception rather than the rule—58% don’t have a policy on romance among co-workers.
- 33% Supervisors can’t have relationships with subordinates
- 8% We require co-workers who are romantically involved to inform HR
- 1% We ban all workplace romances.
