Hybrid challenge: HR must innovate to reinforce culture

Seventy-six percent of HR leaders believe hybrid work makes it harder for employees to connect with their organizational culture, according to a recent survey by the Gartner business advisory firm. A February poll of more than 200 HR leaders reveals the most challenging aspect of setting their hybrid strategy is adjusting the current organizational culture to support a hybrid workforce.
