Entry-level candidates entering a hot job market


New entrants to the professional workforce can expect an active hiring market, according to a recent survey by outplacement firm Robert Half. Sixty-five percent of companies said they plan to hire entry-level professionals, generally defined as those with two years or less of experience in the first half of 2024.
